Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all equipment and machinery including industrial washers, dryers, pressers, dry-clean machine, compressors, pumps and boiler
• Keep spare parts inventory
• Assist in developing procedures for maintenance
• Coordinate general maintenance of the premises

Job Requirements:

• A combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties
• Experience in mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing and masonry
• Knowledge of boilers an asset
• Basic computer skills to operate computerized equipment
• Very good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and able to work flexible hours
